New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Ashley Holzer

Ashley Holzer has competed at the Olympic level in dressage for over 20 years. She has participated in three Olympics, two World Championships and two Pan Am Games. Ashley is currently ranked 8th in the world in dressage and she competed on the Canadian Dressage Team in China in 2008. She won the team bronze medal in Seoul, Korea in 1988 and one gold and two silver medals at the Pan Am Games. She also has competed at the European Open World Championships where she and her teammates earned a spot at the 2004 Olympic Games.
 

Ashley presently competes many successful international horses in North America and Europe. She rides and trains at Riverdale Equestrian Center in New York City and South River Farms in Wellington, Florida.
 

She is married to Olympian Rusty Holzer, a member of the show jumping team at the '88 Olympics. She and Rusty have two children who attend school in Manhattan. Ashley is a big supporter of equestrian sport in North America.

Barbara Messina

Barbara Messina was founder and former publisher/editor of HorsePeople Magazine, one of the leading equine publications on the East Coast from 1991 to 2001. She also contributed as a freelance writer to numerous national and local publications such as The Chronicle of the Horse, Horseman's Yankee Pedlar, HorsePlay, and Horse Directory. In 2001 she founded and currently directs Fantastic Equine Websites, a website design company which focuses on the internet needs of horse show professionals throughout the nation. However, her most memorable horse-related role was when she acted as 'Horse Show Mother Extraordinaire" during the ten+ years her daughter Patricia Messina successfully competed as a junior and amateur rider in equitation and hunters.

Peter Herman

Peter Herman has been a familiar face on the equestrian scene for many years. He is the Assistant Polo Manager at the world renowned Greenwich Polo Club in Connecticut, and also announces at numerous horse shows. In 1992 he authored, with Bob Cacchione, a 25th anniversary booklet for the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. He is also a contributor to the Review-Press, a Gannett paper, serving Bronxville, Eastchester, and Tuckahoe.

Ann Jamieson

Ann Jamieson is a USEF licensed judge in hunters, jumpers and equitation. She has contributed to numerous magazines, including a column for the award winning newspaper, The Litchfield County Times. She is author of For the Love of the Horse, a series of books that contain heartwarming true stories of equines from every discipline.

Ann competes in hunters, dressage and hunter paces with her off-the-track Thoroughbred, Fred Astaire, a grandson of Secretariat. Ann resides in Kent, Connecticut's horse country.

Patricia Messina

Patty Messina is a Long Island-based trainer and rider at First Edition Farm (www.FirstEditionFarm.com). She and her students currently compete successfully at both the local and national levels.

As an active horse show goer, Patty has an eye on the horse show world: its trends, its people, and its needs which she can help translate into an ad campaign for all horse-related businesses.
Patty lives in Manorville, NY with her husband and two daughters.

An American Horse Publications and USEF Pegasus Awards nominee, she has been an equine careers speaker for the U.S. Eventing Association, and Johnson & Wales University, organizes an annual Canter Against Cancer benefit ride, and was featured in the May 2010 issue of Redbook. Her first horse really was a palomino named Trigger.

Leslie Sullivan

Leslie Sullivan has been In the media business for over 20+ years, first with CBS News, CBS Sports and then Sr. VP of Broadcasting and new Media for Major League Baseball. However, Leslie considers her real claim to fame has been being a Horse Show Mom Extraordinaire for her daughter, Kelly, throughout her junior years.
Leslie lives in Westfield, NJ and can be found at horse shows almost every weekend.
